Sample instructions for downloading a 64-bit OP.
1. Log into support.ca.com
2. In the pulldown bar name "Select a Product page" choose "CA SiteMinder"
3. Under "Recommended Reading" use the pulldown bar till you see "CA SiteMinder Hotfix/Cumulative Release Index"
4. On the top right hand side choose the blue link called "SiteMinder Web Agent Option Pack"
5. Click the blue link called "SITEMINDER WEB AGENT OPTION PACK R12 SP3 CR06"
6. You then need to click this link name again "SITEMINDER WA OPTION PACK
12.0 SP3 CR007"
7. Under "Solution Downloads" you will see "smwaop-12.0-sp3-cr007-win64.zip" 44.9MB
He is using a 32-bit agent and agent OP now.
